Quality control and certifications

Quality is a sequence of documented checks, not a final visual inspection. The route below is applied to every order: material verification at goods-in, process checks during forging and heat treatment, dimensional and NDT inspection after machining, and a document pack that travels with the shipment.

The tests actually performed depend on the purchase order. We agree the inspection and test plan before production, so there are no surprises at the pre-shipment stage.

Certifications and documentation

ISO

ISO 9001:2015

Quality management system covering order review, manufacturing and inspection.

CE

CE / PED 2014/68/EU

Documentation and material traceability for pressure equipment placed on the EU market.

3.1

EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2

Material certificates with actual chemical and mechanical results, traceable to the heat number.

ABS

Class approvals

Marine class approvals (ABS, DNV, BV) can be arranged for offshore and shipboard orders.

Inspection workflow

1

Incoming material

Certificate review, PMI, dimensional check on the raw material or forged blank.

2

In-process

Forging temperature and reduction records, heat-treatment charts, machining checks.

3

Final inspection

Dimensional report, NDT per ITP, visual and marking check, packing photos.

Documentation in every shipment

  • EN 10204 3.1 material certificate with actual test results
  • Dimensional inspection report with measured values
  • Heat-number stamping on the part, matching the certificate
  • Packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin
  • Photos of packing before container loading

Third-party inspection

SGS, BV, TÜV, Lloyd's and customer-appointed inspectors are welcome. We provide the inspection plan, test records and access to the workshop, and schedule the witness points with advance notice.

If the order needs EN 10204 3.2 certification, tell us at the quotation stage — it changes the inspection schedule and the lead time.
